Description:
The city of Lohja tenders the structural design of the city's maintenance works and small investment projects for the structural design needed in construction projects not specified in advance for the years 2024 - 2026. It is possible to extend the contract with two option periods for the years 2027 and 2028.
Tarbased on the archery competition, a framework agreement is concluded with three (3) operators. For assignments that will be identified later, the most economically advantageous contract partner will be selected from among the contract partners, taking into account the characteristics of the project and the contract partner's special expertise and experience. Subscriber voi also tenders project-specific designers from among the framework contract partners.
This procurement does not apply to large renovation or new construction projects carried out on a project-by-project basis, for which the designers are always selected through a separate tender.
