The new astra building will be the Turku Academy (hereafter AA) and the entire Academic Quarter's future campus center. The new building connects the book tower (1935), for this School of Business (1963) and lobby, auditorium and cafeteriade in the existing Gadolinia building, parts from 1969 protected by the Museum.Astra with a building area of 10,200 m2 is part of the Stjarnan neighborhood, which originates from Carl Ludvig Engel's city plan for Turku City, settled after Turku Brand in 1827. AA's staff and the student have largely SwedishAs a mother tongue. The future service provider's staff should be able to serve and communicate in Swedish. The restaurant that is in the heart of the building will through service in Swedish and English, as well as a food supply that is adapted for different specialty diets, radiate a family and welcomingatmosphere. Through the pub's conscious choice in service offerings, the diversity that exists within the academy is reflected. The premises for the restaurant and cafe operations are located in Astra, at Porthansgatan 3, 20500 Turku. AA organizes a viewing opportunity of restaurant areas in Astra 01.04.2025 at. 12-15.
