Description:
The target is the student housing of the residential building owned by the Turku Student Village Foundation (TYS). There are 102 apartments on the site, 66 of which are cellular apartments. The destination was completed in 1986. The repair project includes 68: from 13 of the San Apartment as the residents of the Separatin the apartments. In addition to the implementation, the contractor is responsible for drawing up the actual implementation plans. The project is implemented with a pimple-production model, with the work of the work from one step to another and there will be no idle dwellings. The contract is a KVR contract where the KVR contractor acts as the main contractorand as a main implementer within the meaning of legislation. The KVR contractor also takes care of the implementation plans in accordance with the invitation to tender documents and the instructions defined in the building description. The bathrooms and toilets are removed from all fixed furniture, equipment and equipment.All surface materials for walls, floors and roofs are also removed from the premises. The water pipes of the bathroom and toilet are converted into upper-distributed surface installation. All bathroom and toilet surfaces are re-made and furniture, equipment and equipment is renewed (toilet seats are installedback).
