Description:
The target is the renovation of the Student Village of the Turku Student Village Foundation (TYS) YO A-D residential apartment blocks.
In addition, the current joint kitchens and one sauna department will be built to replace New apartments (11). After the project is completed, there will be 155 apartments. Shared workspaces are made on the floor of the buildings 1 A and 1 C 1. The technology facilities at the lower levels of the stairwells will be built into a compartmented technical space. In apartments and communal areas Renew all surfaces and furniture.
Water and heating systems will be renewed and water meters will be installed in the apartments. The sewers will be renewed. Electrical and automation systems will be renewed and install housing -specific centers and electricity meters.
