• Description:
• The target is the basic renovation of the residential apartment buildings Yo-Kylä 2 A - D, 3 A - D and 4 A - D, owned by the Turku Student Village Foundation (TYS). The repair project includes the basic repair of all apartments (434 units) and common areas. In addition to the current ones new apartments (13 units) will be built in place of the common kitchens of buildings 4 A - D and the common space on the 4th floor of building 4 B. After the project is completed, there will be 447 apartments. The technical rooms on the lower levels of the stairwells will be built as departmental technical rooms into spaces. In the apartments and common areas, all surfaces and furniture will be renewed. The water roofs of buildings 4 A-D will be renewed. The stairwell doors of all apartments will be renewed. About renewing windows and French balcony doors in apartments and shared kitchens / for renovation, separate prices are given for both. The developer decides separately which version will be included in the contract. In terms of building technology, the current exhaust ventilation will be renewed as apartment-specific intake and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery. Water and the heating systems are renewed and water meters are installed in the apartments. Sewers and rainwater drains will be renewed. Electrical and automation systems will be renewed and apartment-specific electrical centers and electricity meters will be installed. The outside of the buildings will be renovated on the plot existing district heating pipes, plot water pipe, plot sewers, fiber and telecommunications network, electricity network and rainwater pipes.
