• Description:
• The target is the basic renovation of the residential apartment buildings Yo-Kylä 2 A - D, 3 A - D and 4 A - D, owned by the Turku Student Village Foundation (TYS). The repair project includes the basic repair of all apartments (434 units) and common areas. In addition to the current ones new apartments (13 units) will be built in place of the common kitchens of buildings 4 A - D and the common space on the 4th floor of building 4 B. After the project is completed, there will be 447 apartments. The technical rooms on the lower levels of the stairwells will be built as departmental technical rooms into spaces. In the apartments and common areas, all surfaces and furniture will be renewed. The water roofs of buildings 4 A-D will be renewed. Kaikkien asuntojen porraskäytäväovet uusitaan. In terms of building technology, the current exhaust ventilation will be renewed for apartment-specific intake and ventilation for exhaust air exchange with heat recovery. The water and heating systems will be renewed and water meters will be installed in the apartments. Sewers and rainwater drains will be renewed. Electrical and automation systems are renewed and apartment-specific electrical centers are installed as well as electricity meters. The heating and electricity network on the plot are owned by TYS. HVAC changes and the installations cause construction work in the buildings and earth excavation. The contract includes demolition work inside and outside as well as HVAC technology demolition work. Asbestos in old structures must be taken into account during demolition work...
