THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR TENDER.
The subject of the procurement is laundry services produced under a subcontracting model, which support
and supplement Provina's own textile rental and maintenance services.
The laundry services to be procured mainly consist of personalnot for the washing of textiles (mainly linen and outerwear) and other textiles owned by Provina's customer organizations and any additional services related to them. The service to be procured also includes picking up and returning textiles to customers.
The procurement is carried out for severalas a subcontractor's framework arrangement. The contract period is planned to start in the summer of 2023.
An information event about the planned acquisition will be held via Teams remote connection on Friday, January 20, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. Operators who are interested in subcontracting laundry services to Provina can participate in the event. Tthe planned procurement and its principles will be presented at the event. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
Registration for the information event must be done by email to kaspalvelu@provina.fi by the stated deadline with the title "Subcontracting" and the messagethe name, organization and email address of the participant to be blamed.
