Northern Ostrobothnia welfare area will establish a framework arrangement on the basis of this announcement, for which a maximum of two (2) suppliers will be selected per sub-region in order of priority, which is determined based on the total points received in the bid comparison. The second-placed tarthe joaja's device can be obtained if the primary provider is unable to deliver it or the primary provider's device is medically unsuitable for use by the unit.
The quantities indicated in the request for tender are estimated procurement quantities for one (1) year. The customer does not commit to quantities, but approxe may vary.
The equipment according to the request for tender must be delivered at the tenderer's expense to the customer's premises for trial use by February 21, 2023. The time of trial use is 23.2. - 3/3/2023. Delivery of the offered devices for trial use is a mandatory requirement.
