Description:
Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy requests your offer for the construction contract for the port project of Sulkava municipality in accordance with this request for tender and the attached documents. Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy is the developer and Sulkava municipality is the client. The form of contract is divided a contract in which the civil engineering contractor (RU) acts as the main contractor and main executor. The wharf contract (LU) is implemented as a side contract subordinated to the main contract. The contract is located at the following different construction sites: VEKARAN AREA Vekarantie 98958700 In the SulkavaVekara area, the following will be built:- Landing piers for large boats with gangways- Septic system with tanks - Charging station for electric boats- Landing piers for smaller boats with gangways- Fixed terrace pier (Option)- Fishing pier with access bridges- Maintenance building (option on implementation)- Boat ramp- Borehole and water point- Tourist parking lots SULKAVA CENTRAL AREAAlanteentie 9 ja 1558700 Sulkava A new septic system will be installed in the current port of Sulkava center in the plans in the presented scope and a new charging station for electric boats. A new landing stage for small boats will be built in the center of Sulkava and new access to the beach will be built according to the plans, including lighting.
