• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the printing, de-scraping and distribution services associated with the Suomi.fi messages service produced by DVV ("Suomi.fi messages TKJ service"). DVV produces the Suomi.fi-messages service based on the law on common administrative electronic transactions on support services (571/2016), i.e. the so-called "Support Services Act". The service to be procured is a messaging service in accordance with Section 3.1, Section 7 of the Support Services Act, and more precisely, the letter-posting feature of the messaging service, where the selected the editor is responsible for printing, decomposing and distributing Suomi.fi messages sent by letter from user organizations of the Suomi.fi service to end users, which are citizens and organizations. The procurement is divided into two separate areas:1) Suomi.fi message printing, peeling and distribution service and 2) delivery of evidentiary notifications. The bid can be left in either sub-area 1, sub-area 2 or both sub-areas. A procurement contract will be concluded with the winner of the sub-area, which the duration is 3 years, and the contract also includes DVV's option to extend the contract for either one or two years. The expected value of the procurement in euros for five years is approx. 42 million euros in sub-area 1 and approx. 800,000 euros in sub-area 2. The development of volumes during the contract period depends on the development of the number of users of Suomi.fi messages and the joining of possible new customer organizations as users of Suomi.fi messages and the TKJ service.
