• Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) tenders the supervision and planning services for the maintenance of the property yards of residential buildings. The task of the green control partner is to monitor the implementation, quality and safety of green management. Hekka has four green areas care and maintenance services contract partner. Green control tasks are focused on the growing season (April 1-October 31), but you should be prepared to do them all year round. The tasks of the green control partner also include, to a small extent, yard change planning, where yard or green areas are planned in interaction with Heka, residents, other users and maintenance staff. The procurement applies to Heka's southern, eastern, western and northern service areas, as well as separate residential properties. The contract is made for one with the service provider. Two (2) designated green supervisors are responsible for the implementation of green management, quality and safety control, of which: • The green supervisor of the eastern and northern maintenance area is responsible for the implementation, quality and safety of the green maintenance in his own area of supervision. • The green supervisor of the western and southern service areas and special housing sites is responsible for similar tasks in his own area. The contract period is two (2) years and the option year of the contract is 1 + 1 year.
