• Description:
• Tuomi Logistiikka Oy is requesting bids on behalf of the Pirkanmaa welfare area for pharmacy services for the operational units of housing services and support for the elderly and disabled living at home. The procurement complements the tender for the same service conducted in spring 2025 and at the end of 2025. Pharmacy services for the operating units of housing services and support for the elderly and disabled at home means the medical care service for the customers of the operating units of the housing services and support for the elderly and disabled living at home in the welfare area of ​​Pirkanmaa, which includes the following service products: • Mechanized dose distribution • Urgently delivered preparations belonging to mechanized dose distribution • Urgently delivered medicines outside of mechanized dose distribution The content of the service products is described in more detail in appendix 3 Service description. The procurement has been divided to geographical sub-areas, whose operational units and their customer numbers in the procurement preparation phase are described in Appendix 5 Sub-areas. The Subscriber does not commit to acquiring a specific capacity from the Service Provider during the contract period. The contract period begins on June 1, 2026. If the Subscriber and the Service Provider a previous agreement for services in the same area is valid, practical operation begins on June 1, 2026. If the Service Provider responsible for the sub-area's services changes, the contract period begins with arrangements related to the start of practical operations in accordance with the service description (Appendix 3).
