• Supplier partner tender for the open source eVakan ERP system The municipalities participating in Satakunta are jointly acquiring the eVaka business management system for early childhood education as a SaaS service. They are in the first phase of the project committed Pori, Merikarvia, Kankaanpää and Ulvila. The options in the project are Huittinen, Pomarkku, Karvia, Harjavalta and Kokemäki. As a whole, it is estimated that the following will become users of the system: • about 30 main/responsible users • about 60 unit managers and assistant director • almost 900 early childhood education workers • about 5,000 children • about 10,000 guardians Contract period Contract period: 3 years, after which the contract period continues with an option period valid until further notice. The subscriber decides on the implementation of the option period independently and notify the supplier in writing no later than six (6) months in advance. The target for the start of the contract period is June 26, 2026. However, the contract period starts at the earliest after the procurement decision is received and signed by both parties contract. Early childhood education services in the municipalities involved in the project In municipalities, early childhood education consists of the following forms of service: • municipal kindergartens • family day care • group family daycare • service voucher daycare centers In some municipalities, morning and afternoon activities are also organized.
