Description:
Rauma's city council has decided (decision § 332 21.8.2023) to change the thermal energy production method of the Kaaro school property, which is currently produced with oil, to one with wood chips. The city's Technical Department (later the customer) is the entity responsible for the practical implementation of the change process.
The citybased on the board's decision, the customer requests an offer for the supply of thermal energy to the Kaaro school property in question, the so-called based on the thermal entrepreneur model, where the supplier of thermal energy is comprehensively responsible for equipment investment and heat production.
