Description:
The object of the acquisition is the support, maintenance and development services of the First Aid Report software, as well as other expert services. First aid report (EHK) is a form used to record information about the patient during first aid treatment. EHK includes the patient's health and treatment related information. The authorities that use the first aid report are, in addition to first aid, other authorities that act as authorities in the first response. The EHK software is classified as MDR (Medical Device Regulation 2017/745) level IIa medical as a device. EHK enables real-time processing of patient data directly in the field and in treatment facilities by emergency personnel. EHK has also been implemented to work with touch-screen Windows terminals. EHK is not a stand-alone application, but it has been integrated to function in real time as part of the wider authorities' joint field management system (KEJO). EHK is a separate view in the user interface of the KEJO system, which has been implemented as a separate component in the KEJO system due to its related special features. The support, maintenance and development services of the KEJO system are not the subject of this procurement.
