Description:
The object of the procurement is the support, maintenance, development and expert services of the security operators' map system. The map system is owned, managed and maintained by the Police Board. In addition to the Police Board, users of the map system are widely used by security authorities and other government agenciesthe operators of the castle as well as the public and private operators of rescue, social and health services.
Support and maintenance services include activities aimed at the map production test environment in particular, such as the distribution and maintenance of spatial data materials and the construction of various spatial data functionalitiesine. In terms of map production, it is essential to keep the information content and structure of the source materials up-to-date in cooperation with the suppliers of the material and the Police Board, as well as managing the versioning of the map system.
The main purpose of development and expert services is to develop Poliisihathe performance of llitus map production and services, both technically and user-oriented. The task of the expert services is to consult the Police Administration in updating the map production material and editing the production process, as well as in the integration between the security authorities and data in matching. The expert services also include the development of the spatial data features of the Customer's other systems, such as analysis functions, as well as training in map production software.
The competitive contract will be entered into as valid for the time being.
