Description:
The object of the procurement is a survey of high-rise construction in the central area of Rovaniemi related to the preparation of Rovaniemi's strategic master plan 2050. The acquisition of the report is based on the need identified in the central vision to find out in more detail how tall the building should be in Rovaniemi, which are the high-rise construction zones of the central urban structure and how high-rise construction should be controlled. This procurement is carried out as a separate tender, but it is related to the same preparation of the strategic master plan than two other reports to be tendered at the same time (ROIDno-2025-5518 and ROIDno-2025-5519). As a result, the procurements in question will be tendered as procurements that exceed the national threshold. The work will start in February 2026 and end in June 2026. A more detailed schedule will be agreed separately with the selected supplier. The requirements of the completed work and the background material to be used are described in Appendix 1 "Service description report Rovaniemi city center area high construction.pdf". The criteria for quality assessment are described in appendix 2 "Quality criteria report Rovaniemi city center high construction.pdf".
