Description:
This framework arrangement applies to the various investigation and inventory work in the city's parks and green areas, nature areas, street squares, street green areas and city plots, which are the responsibility of the Helsinki urban environment department. The assignments of the framework arrangement are mainly located in Helsinki andpossibly in areas owned by Helsinki in other municipalities.
The framework arrangement is divided into three (3) sub-areas based on the content of the procurement.
Sub-area 1: Cultural environment surveysinventories, evaluation of nature impacts, plans related to the management and use of nature reserves and the management of natural habitats and habitats of species
The appendices are marked with the sub-area code OA1, OA2 or OA3.
Five (5) consultants will be selected for the sub-area Cultural environment surveysa, unless there are fewer bidders who meet the eligibility criteria and acceptable bids.
A more detailed description of the services to be procured can be found in the appendix to the request for tenders "Declarations and inventories Service description".
The selection criteria is the overall economic affordability, which is based on the best price qualityratio as follows:
- Price, weighting 30%
- Quality, weighting 70%
