Jarvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy requests your offer for the process contract for the new wastewater treatment plant in Rantasalmi. The customer is the municipality of Rantasalmi. The contract includes carrier aeration and flotation clarification processes. The process contract includes all work according to the attached tender documents design, manufacturing, procurement and installation fully completed, as well as all such work not mentioned in the documents, which is required to complete the contract that meets the quality requirements. The tenderer must familiarize himself with the documents according to the list of documents. Process contract (hereinafter contractor) is implemented as a side contract, which is subordinated to the main contractor for the renovation of the treatment plant with an agreement according to RT 80271 Side contract subordination agreement. The procurement is a public procurement, the procurement procedure is a negotiation procedure. The procurement is part of the construction contract for the new wastewater treatment plant in Rantasalmi, which is not a procurement that exceeds the EU threshold value. The "process contract procurement program" document attached to this call for tenders presents the design tasks included in the process contract. In other respects, the designers of the site are responsible for the implementation planning of the treatment plant. Cleaning plant construction, machinery (parts other than those included in the process contract), HVAC and electrical work will be handled by contractors selected later.
