• OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The object of this framework arrangement is multi-purpose SUVs and related services as defined in the request for tender and its appendices. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel has the right to extend the validity of the framework agreement for a maximum of two (2) years during the option period under the terms of the framework agreement. SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT The anticipated value of the framework arrangement is 11,000,000 to 15,500,000 euros (VAT 0%), including the option period. The maximum value of the framework arrangement is EUR 15,500,000 (VAT 0%). The figures are based on information provided by customers who have joined the framework arrangement of use.
