Description:
Sarastia Oy is requesting your offer for the organization of swimming supervision at the swimming hall in accordance with the tender documents.
The swimming hall of the object of procurement is located at: Lepopirtintie 80, 02570 Siuntio. The Siunti swimming pool is located on the premises of Hotel Siunti. Use the placewas previously called Siuntion spa.
The competition is conducted using an open procedure, based on which one (1) bidder with the most points is selected as the service provider of the whole. If several bidders get the same number of points, the procurement unit will draw lots for the bidder to be selected. The draw is a rightaccepted method in practice.
The estimated start date of the contract is 1 October 2023. The contract period is 1 October 2023 - 30 September 2025, with a possible option period 1 October 2025 - 30 September 2027. The contract period can therefore be 4 years in total (2 years with 2 option years). The subscriber decides on the implementation of the option separately before varthe end of the contract period.
Detailed tasks, schedules and other practical matters will be agreed upon in more detail with the selected service provider.to the swimming pool on Wednesday 26 July 2023 from 13:00 to 15:00. At the familiarization meeting, the Customer presents the facilities and equipment of the swimming pool and accepts any additional verbal questions related to the tender request. Visiting the site is not mandatory.
