Description:
This is a call for tenders for UPS equipment for the construction of the T-hospital extension. After its completion, the new building will house the infection and skin department, the neurology outpatient clinic and specialist services, the internal medicine department, the abdominal center's observation unit, the abdominal center's receptions, dialysis, medical treatment outpatient clinic and isotope department. The site will have clean rooms. Remodeling work is also being done on the side of the old hospital connected to the new part. The new building is located on the grounds of T-hospital in the immediate vicinity of Savitehtaankatu and Hameenkatu.
The tender is carried out using the Procurement Act33 a limited procedure according to §, in which all willing economic operators can submit a participation application based on a participation request as described below. Only the candidates selected by the procurement unit can submit an offer.
Acceptable candidates are selected by following minimum suitability requirements and evaluation criteria presented in the procurement notice. Selected candidates sign a non-disclosure agreement before handing over the material to them. The tender is carried out using a limited procedure, where all willing operators can leave based on the invitation to tender, by submitting the application for participation with the information required by the procurement entity.
