- The target of the acquisition
This framework arrangement is the following framework and related services as follows:
• New and used tactical trucks and new or used tactical trucks and brands of new and used trailerswith spare parts and equipment,
• Care, maintenance, repair, equipment, inspection and use training services. The duration of the framework arrangement isFour (4) years. Framework agreements with suppliers to be selected for the framework arrangement are valid throughout the duration of the framework arrangement and thereafter for as long as the procurement contracts are valid. However, the framework agreements are valid for up to two (2) yearsafter the end of the framework arrangement.
The contract may only be concluded during the term of the framework arrangement. The procurement contracts may be valid for up to two (2) years after the end of the framework arrangement. By way of derogation from the above, the contract may be a care, maintenance, repair andIn the case of inspection services, the vehicles acquired on the basis of a contract agreement will be obtained for the maintenance, maintenance, repair and inspection service referred to in the Framework Agreement.
