• Description:
• The target of the contract is the dormitory building of Taivalkoski high school at Urheilutie 6b, 93400 Taivalkoski. The floor area of ​​the building is approximately 1160 m² and the building has two floors. The project involves the renovation of the water roof. The old water cover is dismantled and replaced new vertical seam sheet metal roof with substructures according to the plans. At the same time, the necessary waterproofing equipment, sheeting and penetrations will be renewed. The upper floor structures are dismantled and the blowing insulation is installed according to the plans. The work is carried out at the high school during the summer holidays and the building is empty during the work. However, the work must be carried out in such a way that the construction site is safe and controlled throughout the duration of the contract. The yard area should be in normal use as much as possible and the escape routes should be kept unobstructed without interruption. The upper base has a removable hard plate that may contain asbestos. The customer performs a survey of harmful substances before the start of the contract. The contract price is given on the assumption that the hardboard does not contain asbestos. If the hardboard contains asbestos, a separate price for the asbestos demolition work is requested from the contractors invited to the report negotiation.
