The municipality of Tammela requests an offer for financial management systems as a SaaS service, starting from the beginning of 2024.
The financial administration of the municipality of Tammela is managed by the municipality itself, excluding payroll, the system(s) of which are not covered by the procurement. The object of the procurement is the financial administration processes of the municipalitykevaa SaaS software, which enables not only invoice recycling but also project-specific accounting and budgeting.
The software must be suitable for the municipality's financial management and must contain all the necessary modern features or ready-made interfaces, such as banking connection, general accounting,fixed assets accounting, seasonal tax declarations, reports, state statistical reports, electronic sales invoicing, purchase and sales ledger, recycling of purchase invoices, internal accounting, expense breakdown, budgeting, printing of financial statement calculations.
