Description:
The acquisition focuses on the furniture of the new City Hall in the City of Tampere in accordance with the areas presented below. The purchase includes the actual furnishings, delivery and furniture installation. Tampere City Hall is located at Aleksis Kiven Street 14-16, 33100 Tampere. Tampere City Hall will be made up of the renovation of the City of Tampere Central Office (13.295 BRM2) and a new extension (4.854 BRM2). The floor plans are attached to the invitation to tender.
The Central Office of the City of Tampere was on the outskirts of Tampere Central Square Located office building and administrative center of the city. The building houses, for example, a council hall. The office building was designed by architect Aarne Ervi and the facade of the building is protected.
About 950 people will work in the new town hall. Work is done flexibly in the local and teleworking, meetings and meetings at their own and partners. There will be over 600 ergonomic workstations in the town hall.
