• MARKET DIALOGUE The subject of the market dialogue is the preparation of a plan according to the title of the call for the needs of the Finnish Railways Agency. With regard to commuter train stoppages, the cities of Tampere and Nokia will possibly act as a joint procurement unit In accordance with the MAL agreement.BACKGROUND AND GOALS Tampere (Ranta-Tampella) - Tampere (Lielahti) track section will have one additional track (3rd track) and Tampere (Lielahti) - Nokia (Harjuniitty) track section will have an additional track (2nd track). It is being prepared at work a track engineering plan, which is not submitted for administrative processing, as a starting point for the environmental impact assessment on the Tampere (Ranta-Tampella) - Nokia (Harjuniitty) railway section. After the EIA process, a track plan will be drawn up between Tampere (Lielahti) and Nokia (Ridge meadow). The work also includes the preparation of materials related to the necessary permits. As a starting point for the work, the customer obtains as a separate technical report approx. kmv 188-190, which includes Tammerkoski railway bridge, Särkänniemi retaining wall, Mustanlahti the measures of the underpass and the Amur underpass.
