Description:
The subject of the procurement is a consulting assignment, which will help to find out the current state of the green structure of the Tampere urban area and the needs in the future, taking into account adaptation to climate change. The tenderer appoints a team of at least (3) persons for the implementation of the project. The team must be named project manager, biologist, water expert (e.g. hydrologist) and landscape designer/expert (hereinafter "Consultants"). One (1) of the Consultants can act in two (2) roles mentioned above. Each Consultant, as an expert in his field, carries out the assignment that is the subject of the procurement in accordance with Appendix 2 "Project plan" of the request for tenders. The object of the procurement and its content are defined in more detail in Appendix 2 of the request for tenders.
The form of competition is reverse competition (so-called French competition). The ceiling price of the entity to be acquired is 234,000 euros (VAT 0%).
In competition the overall economic affordability is used as the basis for selection, which is based on the best quality. The bidder with the best quality score will be selected as Supplier. Based on the competition, one (1) Supplier will be selected.
