- Description:
- With this call for tenders, the National Pension Service (Kela) is looking for two (2) service providers in the region of the provinces of Central and Northern Ostrobothnia, which form the bidding area. Kela is looking for service providers with overall responsibility who respond in the license agreement and for providing the service defined in its appendices in its entirety. The service package of the agreement includes receiving, combining, forwarding orders for passenger transport, organizing and monitoring transport services, as well as payment traffic and reporting. A more detailed description of the procurement can be found in Appendix 1 Service description. The offer can be made by an individual company or a group of companies. A company or group can use subcontractors if they meet the suitability requirements and comply with the request for tender there are less than two (2) bids, Kela reserves the right to tender another service provider for the bidding area with a new tender or to choose only one service provider to implement the service. If the contract of the selected service provider expires after 12 months within the period from the beginning of the contract, Kela reserves the right to continue the implementation of the service with one service provider or to ask the willingness of the next bidder in the tender to enter into a contract and enter into a procurement contract with this provider as well.
