Description:
The Pirkanmaa welfare area is preparing the construction project for the final phase of Tampere University Hospital's Tays Renovation Program, in which, according to the preliminary plans, new premises of approx. 120,000 - 180,000 brm2 will be built in the area of Tays Central Hospital, the existing buildings will be demolished and the currentregional technology. The council of the welfare area has made the project's investment decision on January 15, 2024. The plan is to apply for a building permit in the fall of 2024. The plan is to start construction in the summer of 2025 for the preparatory work and in 2026 for the actual new construction.
Project contract formi is tentatively planned to be a project management contract and the procurement procedure is tentatively planned to be a negotiation procedure.
With this announcement, the Pirkanmaa welfare area invites contractors interested in the project to join the market dialogue as part of the procurement preparation.
Market dialoguethe opening ceremony will take place on Thursday 15 February 2024 from 12:00 to 15:00 in the auditorium of the Finn-Medi 5 building at Biokatu 12, 33520 Tampere. The goal of the market dialogue launch event is to initiate discussions about the project's content, schedule, requirements and implementation method with the contractors.
