Description:
Monetra Oulu Oy procurement services requests your offer for technical supplies, tools and car accessories for its customers (hereinafter also "customers") in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments.
The request for tender includes the following product groups:
1. Car accessories and chemicals
2. Hand Tools
3. Power tools and spare batteries
4. Blades and blade holders
5. Fasteners
6. Other small technical accessories
Subpart offers are accepted and the bidder can submit a bid for one, more or all sub-areas.
The products on offer must be completed in the EU area and in Finland at any time valid obroad safety regulations and environmental criteria.
The contract period is planned from 1 April 2024 to 31 December 2025. The start schedule is an estimate and the procurement contract is only created upon signing the written contract.
The contract also includes the option of two (2) option periods from 1.1.2026 to 31.12.2026 and 1.1.2027- 31 December 2027. The use of the option will be notified to Monetra Oulu Oy by procurement services no later than four (4) months before the end of the contract period valid at any given time. The customer decides on the use of the option.
Furthermore, the contract includes the group 1 car accessories and chemicals shelving service as an option.
Offers of shelving service attach a concise description of their shelving service to the offer under the criteria of the procurement target.

Northern Ostrobothnia welfare area (hereafter also "Pohde")
