• Description:
• The Åland regional government is to build a new road and port with a ferry berth on eastern Föglö in the Åland archipelago. The property is located in Föglö municipality, Åland province. The road is planned for 3000m and connects to the existing road at Sommarö, in the west, and connects to new harbor plane on the coast in the east, in Hastersboda. The harbor plan is approx. 12,000 m2. The harbor plan ends in the east towards a new quay and a pier is built at the quay. Two ferry moorings with flaps for docking ferries are installed in the quay. The facility must also include lighting of harbor level as well as electrical installations to flaps and ship connections with associated electrical facilities for connection to the general electrical grid. The provincial government has produced documents for the road plan, including an overview of the port plan and ferry moorings. The provincial government now plans to begin detailed planning and the production of a proposal document for the procurement of contracting. Detailed planning refers to roads and electricity/lighting. Proposal document refers to quay and pier as basis for part i the contract that refers to turnkey contracting.
