- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION, NOT A REQUEST FOR AN OFFER. The Kanta-Häme welfare district is responsible for social and health services and the organization of rescue operations and first aid in Forssa, Hattula, Hausjärvi, Humppila, Hämeenlinna, Janakkala, Jokioisten, Lope, Riihimäki, In the municipalities of Tammela and Ypäjä. The welfare area is a public legal entity separate from the municipalities and the state, which has self-government in its area. Its statutory duties include the organization of social and health care and rescue operations. Ahveniston old the hospital's lease expires on December 31, 2026. Before the end of the rental period, the technology of the buildings must be removed in the necessary parts, and rerouted so that the functions in the remaining buildings are possible. All old technology is left behind for buildings to be demolished/removed in those parts where they are not needed. The procurement is presented in more detail in the appendix.
