Description:
The subject of the procurement is hourly billing-based technical work for the contract years 2026 - 2028 to the extent specified in this request for tender. The goal of the contract period is to start on September 1, 2026, when the procurement decision becomes law. The jobs are maintenance or contracting works for residential properties, the duration of which varies from a few hours to a few weeks. The objects are located in the area of the city of Lappeenranta and the procurement is divided into 10 sub-areas as follows:1. Construction repair work (including damage restoration and repair work in damp premises)2. Small renovations of apartments (painting, wallpapering and small repairs)3. Electrical installation work4. Heating and plumbing works5. Ventilation works 6. Ventilation cleaning, measurement and maintenance7. Construction sheet metal work8. Refrigeration equipment works9. Suction pressure truck works 10. Special cleaning service 2-5 contract suppliers will be selected for the sub-areas in order of priority (see more detailed breakdown in the "procurement background, framework arrangement" section of the request for tenders). Subscriber withholds the right to tender separately for larger renovation contracts.
