Description:
The Supplier will be expected to provide technical support and maintenance services to ensure the faultless and uninterrupted operation of the scanners throughout the contract term (2+2 years). All the scanners and their present location (nine premises of the National Archives of Finland in eight cities) are listed in the Appendix 1 of the Contract. The service must be provided in a professional and workmanlike manner with all reasonable skills and carefulness, using qualified and properly trained Service Personnel authorized by the manufacturer of the scanners, in accordance with industry-s best practices and standards expected of a skilled company specialized in providing these Services. The Client has the right to request support services from the Supplier in the event of any technical error or breakdown situations. Support and maintenance service are billed based on fixed monthly pricing and not on the amount of support requests or the time needed for the repair work.
