Description:
The acquisition is the technical seizure of the tax administration's Vero.fi online service package and the application support, small development and further development services for the solution. The online service package consists of Veron.fi and the related sub-sites implemented Optimizely-content control system (formerly Episerver CMS). The search solution is also included in the acquired and seized entity. The current search solution for online services has been implemented with the ElasticsEearch search engine. In addition, the site has a CLUDO search solution for at least spring Until 2026.
The Azure environment with its virtual servers is not covered by this procurement, but the server platform is responsible for the third party. Optimizely licenses are also not part of this acquisition, but are utilized in this respect Licenses already have already with the tax administration. In addition, the self-tax service package for a highly identified user for tax issues has been implemented as a completely separate solution and is not covered by this acquisition.
