Description:
In 2026 and 2028, the Security Center will organize an information exercise, where it will be competed for the necessary technical training environment as a total service (SOFTARA). Acquisition consists of a project, maintenance and possible option (the necessary ready -made software Permissions).
HVK is requesting an offer for the following entities 2025-2029:
• "Maintenance Service": Microsoft Azure Cloud Set up A technical training environment maintenance service, the workload of which is based on the time between exercises. There is no technical need between exercises between exercises Local support. The subscriber estimates that 5 to 10 maintenance licenses are required between the exercises, which are used by the maintenance tasks of the supplier technical experts and the personnel related to the training activities. The maintenance service includes the supplier's readiness for separately ordered support and additional work, whose pricing during the contract period must include the offer.
• "Project": Delivery Project to build an information training environment and includes technical and local support during the exercise: last-minute changes to the intensive phase of the exercise, three-day intensive phase (eg Tuesday to Thursday) technical and local support (two experts through training mode and one remote connection) and on the first two intensive training days after 4 pm to prepare the training environment for the next day Exercise ...
