Landscape surveys. 3-6 frame contract consultants are selected for the "B Green Planning" of the Plant Planning Area. Tasks are defined in Annex 1. The procurement of assignments and other terms and conditions are described in the Annex 2 (draft contract) .s of the City of Kouvola and Kouvolan Vesi Oy can be used. Kouvola's technology and environmental business, but also other city units can use framework contracts.The area (n) plant design use Only Kouvolan Vesi Oy.
