Description:
The building site includes a fiber laboratory extension project in accordance with the contract computing computing paperwork. The construction site is Savonlinna, address Vipusenkatu 10, 57200 Savonlinna.
The contract is a divided contract where the contractor of the construction engineering work works as a general contractor and as the main implementer. The HVAC and electrical contracts are performed in the form of a sub-contractor for the main contractor in accordance with the RT 80271 subordination agreement. Without valid grounds, the contractor does not have the right to refuse to subjugate the contract.
The item's joint display will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 10.00 am at the target.
The South Savo Provincial Association has approved the project for funding and grants support for the implementation of the project under the Act on the Funding of Regional Development and the Financial and Structural Policy Projects (757/2021).
