Description:
The City of Oulu, Corporate Administration, Digi and ICT unit (hereinafter also "subscribers") requests your offer for Telecommunications services in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. The acquisition includes two groups: 1) Regional network and connection to the Internet 2) LAN, WLAN and the telecommunications core The tenderer can submit a tender to one or both sub-tender groups. The more detailed content of the procurement is described in the attachments of the request for tenders.
