- The procurement is done as a procurement ring, in which the separately mentioned organizations participate. The city of Haemeenlinna (hereafter the Client) acts as a procurement entity authorized by the participating organizations. Some of the communities are included as an option, meaning they can acquire services through this agreement. In addition, osa organizations reserve the right to purchase part of the contract's services as an option, i.e. they do not commit to the purchase of all services.

For the sake of clarity, it is stated that for the participating organization (including the city of Haemeenlinna), the service starts atespecially at the point when the organization's previous (previous) contract for the corresponding service has ended. For example, if an organization has a valid contract for telecommunications services until April 30, 2024, the organization in question can start purchasing telecommunications services on the basis of this purchasea from 1 May 2024 at the earliest.
For the purpose of electronic notification of the procurement decision, the tender asks for the tenderer's electronic contact information.
DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST FOR REQUEST
The procurement unit requests a tender for the following set of services:
Closed telecommunications network, firewall services, internet-yconnection, local area network equipment as a service and related options.
The procurement is divided into three sub-areas on a geographical basis:
A) Haemeenlinna region
B) Forssa region
C) Riihimaeki region
