Description:
The object of the procurement is the communication services of the Espoo Parish Council and the Helsinki Parish Council and the services that support the communication services. In addition to this, the scope of the tender includes functions and services that the organizations participating in the procurement cooperation consider to be needed in the futurein the new one. Services that support telecommunications: o WAN services o Local area network services o Data security and internet services o Support services for telecommunications services o Options for telecommunications services o Management of services, e.g. Service desk services o Expert services o Commissioning, services during the contract periodand disengagement o The object and content of the procurement are described in more detail in Appendix 2 Telecommunications Services, Appendix 3 General Requirements for Telecommunications Services, and Appendix 4 Introduction of Telecommunications Services, service and disengagement. o The tenderer must be able to offer the object of procurement and thereforefunctions and services in full in accordance with customer needs. o The procurement is described in more detail in the procurement documents.
