Description:
Suomen Lahetysseura ry implements a wide range of fundraising-related measures in cooperation with the telefunding partner. Now we are looking for a partner who can provide us with services like the following:
Converting leads into monthly and one-time donors
Conversion of one-time donors as monthly or annual donors
Raise calls for existing monthly donors
Raise calls from already existing annual donors
Reminder calls to become a donor (once/monthly/yearly)
Reactivation calls for those who have stopped donating
Possible others by phone call campaigns to be implemented
The partner/partners of the sending club must be able to make approximately 20,000 phone calls each year, of which immediately after Christmas after that, about 6,000 calls are made, and in the summer, in July, about 4,000 calls. About 15% of calls are made in Swedish and the rest in Finnish.
Mission Society chooses 1-2 suppliers for the framework arrangement (later also a service provider). If more than one supplier is selected to provide the service, the supplier will be selected without a separate tender primarily based on quality criteria. The service provider can also be changed within the framework arrangement, if another the supplier is unable to deliver the service in the required time / quantities.
Service providers are asked to present a service description of the services they offer with pricing appendices, as well as other appendices mentioned later.
