Description:
Notice of temporary direct procurement of the financial management system for the period 1 June 2026 - 31 May 2028. The city of Rauma announces the temporary direct procurement of the financial management system in accordance with Section 40 of the Procurement Act for the period 1 June 2026 - 31 May 2028. As a basis for direct procurement is securing the uninterrupted management of the public service in a situation where the financial management system (Unit4) with its maintenance services, which is technically compatible with other systems in use by the city, can only be delivered one service provider. Direct procurement does not limit the future tendering of the financial management system. The city of Rauma is planning a financial administration system competition for 2027 at the latest.
