• The municipality of Sipoo has tendered the procurement of the municipality's cleaning and food services, for which the procurement decision was made at the council meeting on 23.02.2026 § 10. The procurement decision has been filed with the procurement unit and appealed to the market court on 20.3.2026 (Luotea Siivous Oy). The municipality of Sipoo must organize food and cleaning services in its school and daycare facilities with temporary arrangements during the market rights hearing. temporary production of cleaning and food services for school and daycare sites in the period between 29 June 2026 and 27 June 2027.
