Description:
The acquisition is subject to the acquisition of temporary traffic arrangements for Tampereen Infra Oy and Tampereen Vesi Oy. Services are purchased to complement the subscriber's own resources when they are not sufficient to perform or perform all ongoing tasks orSpecial expertise is required to perform the tasks. The acquisition also includes a small extent of the acquisition of goods related to temporary traffic arrangements.
The acquisition is divided into three (3) sections:
1. Design and permit processing of temporary traffic arrangements (approx. € 100,000)
2. TemporaryImplementation and maintenance of traffic arrangements (approx. 340,000 €)
3. Urgent implementation and maintenance of temporary traffic arrangements (approx. € 60,000)
Each area is selected for three service providers. Partial offers are allowed. Inside the area, all points should be provided.
QuestionThere is a service acquisition exceeding the EU threshold. The total value of the acquisition is € 500,000 (VAT 0 %) including all areas. The division of the total value by sub-areas is assessed above. Part-area estimates do not bind the subscriber. The procurement procedure is an open procedure in accordance with Article 32 of the Procurement Act.
The acquisition involves agreeing on a framework arrangement and a framework arrangement with several actors.
