Description:
The contract period for the acquisition is from 1 June 2025 to 31.5.2028. The contract period starts at the earliest on June 1, 2025, but only after the procurement decision has been made in the event of a legal option. The option of using the option will be agreed separately with the joint and service providernegotiating at least three (3) months before the introduction of a possible option. A one -sided notification to the other party of the agreement is sufficient for non -use of the option years if the negotiation does not achieve a consensus on the terms and conditions of the option. Notification of the use of the option must be made at the latest31.3.2028. The offer must be made using the tender forms attached to the invitation to tender (Appendix 1 and Appendix 2). Additional questions will be answered jointly through the offer service 4.4.2025 ClockBy 15.00. Only the additional information provided by the subscriber is binding on the subscriber.
