• Description:
• The subject of the procurement is the shore supervision of the Kokonniemi swimming beach (EU) in the summer of 2026, includes beach and swimming supervision in the defined area. Supervision period: Monday 1 June 2026 - Sunday 9 August 2026. The procurement also includes an option period for the year 2027. The customer will a separate decision on this by 28 February 2027. Supervision hours: 7 days (Mon-Sun) a week from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. During the supervision period, supervisors there must be two (2) supervisors on the beach and the supervision time must be divided into at least two shifts, i.e. per day there are four (4) different people at work. The tenderer must submit a written plan on how beach surveillance will be carried out in this destination. The principle of the work shift plan must be attached to the plan. A familiarization with the conditions of the beach will be organized on Wednesday 18.2.2026 at 12:00-13:30. Only those who participated in the familiarization tour have the opportunity to submit an offer.
