Description:
Fingrid Oyj is a company owned by the State of Finland and Pension Companies, which is responsible for the transmission of electricity in the Finnish grid.and between Finland and Estonia. The compensation ceiling for the main network is limited to 200 MEUR and for submarine cables the damage is limited to 5 MEUR.

The insurance period for all policies is the calendar year 1.1.2023from The insurances are valid until further notice, renewed annually. An individual insurance policy must be able to be terminated by the insured subject to a notice period of 6 months.
The property to be insured is re-insured at its purchase value. The property includes the following entities:
Electrical stations: 400/220/110 kV transformer or switch stations about 120 kol throughout the country
Power lines throughout the country
- 400 kV: 5,100 km
- 220 kV: 1,300 km
- 110 kV: 7,300 km
HVDC submarine cable sections
- 400 - 500 kV Finland - Sweden FennoSkan 1 and FennoSkan 2: 216 km
- 150 kV Finland - Estonia Estlink 1 and Estlink 2: 53 km
Kaasuturbrenewable power plants
- Forssa 338 MW
- Huutokoski 180 MW
- Kilpilahti 27 MW
- Kristiinankaupunki 60 MW
- Naantali 40 MW
- Olkiluoto 100 MW
