Description:
Lounais-Suomen Jatehuolto implements a completely new sorting station in Topinpuisto. New reception, cashier and social facilities serving the waste management functions and a covered sorting hall are planned to be placed in connection with the sorting station. In addition to these, space has been reserved for the area, possibly for salefor the soon-to-be-implemented visitor center and circular economy store.
Lounais-Suomen Jatehuolto Oy acquires the project management and supervision services of Topinpuisto's new sorting station project through this tender. The project management service includes a project manager working on the project (infra, talo) from the development phase of the project up to the reception procedures. Other persons needed in project management and their roles will be discussed in more detail in the negotiations.
The contract for project management and supervision services is to be signed after the procurement decision becomes legally binding. Pin terms of project management, work will start in spring 2024 under the guidance of project planning. As far as supervision is concerned, the tasks only start in the implementation phase. The contract is valid until the project has been completed (target spring 2027) and the obligations of the contract warranty period have ended.
